Footings & Foundations
Concrete footings or foundations are the base upon which a building’s structure is supported. They transfer the weight of the building and its contents down to the ground. This provides a stable foundation for the structure. A footing or foundation is typically made of poured concrete that is reinforced with steel rebar. It is important that the footing or foundation is properly designed and constructed in order to ensure the stability and integrity of the building.
